The First Grade Class listen attentively to Mrs. K talking about the garments Father O'Hotto (and all Priests) wear for Mass. These are known as vestments.

Devin and Lindsey display the different types of robes. 

Purple is worn during the time of Advent and preparing for Easter.

White is worn during celebrations, Easter, Christmas and feasts recognizing Saints that were not martyrs.

Red is worn when celebrating the events of Jesus' Passion and feasts for the martyrs of the Church.

Green is worn at all other times.
