FATHER O'HOTTO visited the Kindergarten class last week. He talked about the Mass as a celebration. A white dove is the symbol used for the Holy Spirit. You can't see the Holy Spirit but you know He is with us. The fifth grade received a visit from Father this week. He talked about vocations and shared his story of choosing the priesthood as his vocation.
The first communicants brought in their holy objects (rosaries, crosses, etc.)Â for Father to bless. Father gives a special blessing and sprinkles them with holy water.
WSP PARADE this Saturday. A flyer was sent home last week. We hope many of you will take the time to walk with us. We are asking the adults to help hand out bags of microwave popcorn with SM stickers on them. We would appreciate any donations of bags of candy for the children to throw. Send them to school on Friday or bring them on Saturday.
