TONIGHT – 7PM – in the GYM

PUBLIC MEETING ABOUT REGIONAL SCHOOL

At tonight’s meeting we will be looking for volunteers to help at the Book Fair and an Open House on Nov. 15.

COMING HOME TODAY:

PARENT CONFERENCE SLIPS

Revised November Lunch Menu

Book Fair Notice

2nd Quarter Volunteer Slip

CONFERENCES – Please honor the time requested. Businesses, by law have to give you time to attend school events. Ms. Casey, Mrs. Walker, and Ms. Schisler are booked solid and to rearrange times would be difficult.

We had asked you to tell us your time preference before 3:30PM Tuesday, Nov. 1, when the teachers set up the times and days. If you did not hand in a slip, we scheduled your times as to what was available. If your child forgot to hand in the slip, talk to them on the importance of being responsible.

We are sending home conference time notifications a week early to help you make arrangements to be here at the time scheduled. Please return the bottom portion as soon as possible.

The question was asked about students attending the conferences. Middle school teachers may ask students to be present during their conference. Primary grade teachers ask that students stay home, if possible, so as not to distract you from the conference.

Ms Schisler’s email address is mschisler@stmichaelweststpaul.org.
